This market resolves to‚ Yes if the Expiration Value calculated by the Source Agency at any time on or before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date specified in the market title exceeds all previously calculated Expiration Values. Otherwise, this market resolves to‚ No.

Settlement is determined solely in accordance with the CDNA Rule 14.69 and is not based on prices from any individual exchange or spot market.
