Self Service Tools
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage how much you add to your account. You can change these limits at any time in-app. If you choose to lower a deposit limit, the change will take effect immediately. If you choose to increase or remove a deposit limit, the change will take effect 48 hours from the time of request.
Session Time Limit
Session time limits allow you to control the total time logged into Fanatics Markets per day. If you choose to add or lower a session time limit, the change will take effect immediately. If you choose to increase or remove a session time limit, the change will take effect 48 hours from the time of request.
Timeout
Take a break from Fanatics Markets. When you set a timeout, you'll be locked out of trading for a period of between 3 days and 365 days. You can set a timeout in-app at any time, but you can't undo a timeout once it's been placed. If you have open positions, you will be able to close them out manually during your timeout period.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop trading for a minimum of 1 year. If you choose to self-exclude, you will be locked out of your account and any funds remaining in your account will be returned to you. If you have open positions at the time you self-exclude, those positions will be automatically closed out. You can set a self-exclusion in the profile section of the app.
Close Your Account
If you'd like to close your Fanatics Markets account, please contact support. If you have open positions, you will need to close them out before your account can be closed.
