Fee Disclosures (Effective June 29, 2026)
Order Fees
A Total Trading Fee of between $0.0034 and $0.0275 per contract is charged for each contract purchased or sold on an exchange through this application (the "Total Trading Fee"). Fees are generally highest for contracts priced near $0.50 and lower for contracts priced near $0.01 or $0.99.
The Total Trading Fee shown in the order window is an estimate based on the contract price displayed at the time you place your order. Order details, including price, may change between submission and execution. If your order executes at a price different from the one displayed, the fee is recalculated based on the actual execution price in accordance with the per-contract fee table below, which shows the maximum fee charged per contract at each price. The Total Trading Fee is calculated across all contracts in your order and rounded up to the next whole cent, so a single-contract order may be subject to a $0.01 minimum even where the per-contract rate is lower. By submitting an order, you accept the Total Trading Fee calculated on this basis.
The Total Trading Fee may be updated from time to time within the range above. Total Trading Fees are only charged for orders that are matched on a designated contract market and cleared by a derivatives clearing organization. Such designated contract market and/or derivatives clearing organization charge the Total Trading Fee.
From the Total Trading Fees, Fanatics Markets IB receives a commission from the designated contract market and/or derivatives clearing organization and may receive rebates, discounts, or other compensation. This compensation is retained by Fanatics Markets IB and does not reduce the Total Trading Fee you pay. These arrangements are accounted for in the Total Trading Fee.
Deposit Fees for Use of Fanatics Wallet
ACH and Debit Deposit Fees
Fanatics Markets Tech may charge up to a 2% fee for any debit card or Apple Pay deposit. Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposits are free. Any such fee will be disclosed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal Fees for ACH and Debit
There is no fee associated with any withdrawals from your Fanatics Wallet to one of your payment methods.
Wire Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Fees for wire transfers vary from bank to bank. Fanatics Markets Tech does not charge any additional fees for wire deposit transfers. Deposits by wire are not available for transactions below $1,000. Withdrawals by wire are not available for transactions under $10,000.
Fanatics Markets Tech may, in its sole discretion, waive or refund certain deposit fees it charges to eligible customers in connection with special offers, promotions, or arrangements. Any such waiver, refund, or variance does not alter the terms of your depositing activity or the risks associated with trading event contracts.

Additional Important Information
The Total Trading Fee may be reduced or waived, including to $0.00, in connection with promotions or special offers on disclosed terms. Any such reduction or waiver applies only as described in the terms of the applicable offer and does not alter the terms of your trading activity or the risks associated with trading event contracts.
Your account will be charged: (i) any commissions, fees, costs, and expenses set forth in the Fee Schedule which will include, (A) all brokerage commissions, fees, and other costs incurred or owed in connection with the execution and clearing of contracts in your account, (B) all fees, fines, penalties, and other charges incurred or imposed by any third party, including, without limitation, any applicable designated contract market, derivatives clearinghouse organization, regulatory authority, or applicable self-regulatory organization in respect of contracts and cleared swap transactions in your account, (C) any applicable taxes incurred in connection with any contracts and cleared swap transactions in your account, (D) any service-related fees charged to your account, including, but not limited to, wire transfer fees, statement fees, transaction fees, and certain other fees for all other products and services furnished to you; and (ii) any other amount owed by you to the designated contract market and/or derivatives clearing organization in respect of your account.
Your account will be charged: (i) all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign taxes in connection with assets and transactions in your account; and (ii) any fees, charges, costs, expenses, or other amounts incurred in connection with the collection of any deficiency or unpaid balance due in respect of your account, including reasonable attorney's fees.
