5.1 At the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select winners from among all eligible Entries received during that Entry Period, with the number of winners and FanCash Award per winner as set forth in the table below. Odds of winning an Award depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

5.2 Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all Awards across all Entry Periods: $4,300 USD.

5.3 All Award details shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. FanCash Awards will be credited to the winner's Fanatics account following verification of eligibility within sixty (60) days of the end of the applicable Entry Period. FanCash earned under this Promotion expires seven (7) days after issuance. Awards are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters, including Award details relating to this Promotion. Promotional FanCash expiring first will automatically be applied first. Sponsor reserves the right to reverse, adjust, withhold, or claw back any FanCash credited under this Promotion in connection with entries later determined to be ineligible, duplicative, fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise not qualifying.

5.6 Winner Notifications: Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days following the end of the applicable Entry Period via direct message on the applicable Social Media Platform, and may be asked to complete an affidavit and liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release following instructions provided by Sponsor. If such forms are requested and not submitted/returned, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the applicable Award may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

6.1 Participation in this Promotion is subject to these Official Rules, the Sponsor's Terms of Service found at https://fanaticsmarkets.com/legal/ib-terms, and Privacy Policy available at https://fanaticsmarkets.com/legal/ib-privacy-policy, as may be modified by Sponsor, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You also acknowledge that you have read the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

6.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the relevant corresponding provision of Sponsor's Terms of Service, these Official Rules will prevail.

Participation and/or activations received in excess of the limitation stated or that are found to be in violation of Sponsor's Terms of Service, or otherwise in violation of Fanatics Markets IB account or Fanatics Markets Tech account rules or these Official Rules, will be void.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, FIFA, any soccer governing body, any tournament organizer, or any participating team or athlete.

8.2 You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or X. By participating, you release Facebook, Instagram, and X from any liability related to this Promotion.

8.3 Acceptance of an Award constitutes permission for Fanatics Markets to use each winner's photo, image, name, likeness, voice, biographical information, video image and audio and/or other indicia of persona for Fanatics Markets advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation.

8.4 By participating in the Promotion, each winner agrees to refrain from any behavior or communication that would harm the image or reputation of Fanatics Markets.

8.7 When participating in the Promotion, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your name and email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database. By participating and providing the required submission information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may email you information, promotional discounts or special offers it believes may be of interest to you. Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties. If you would like your information removed from this database you can do so at any time by following the opt-out instructions at the bottom of any email correspondence received from Sponsor. 8.8 By participating, each participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

8.9 Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion, including the administration thereof, at any time without prior notice or consent. In addition, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from participating in this Promotion for any reason, and this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

8.11 In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant based on the email address submitted at the time of registration, registration will be deemed from the person named on the applicable App registration (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration form was submitted), provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules.

8.12 Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled submissions, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of submissions or questions, the announcement of the Awards, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's mobile phone or computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the FanCash Program Terms, these Promotional Terms and Conditions will control with respect to the Rewards earned under this Promotion. 8.14 ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes and these terms shall be governed by the terms set forth in the Fanatics Markets IB Terms of Use, including the Arbitration Agreement therein.

8.15 WINNERS LIST/COPY OF RULES: For a copy of any legally required Winners list or of these Official Rules, mail your request (noting that it relates to the "Fanatics Markets Like & Follow Sweepstakes") along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (unless prohibited by local law) to Fanatics Markets at the address below. Fanatics Markets must receive such a request within three (3) months of the end of the Promotion Period.
