Fanatics ONE Status Match Challenge

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Challenge, you must:

• Be physically located in a jurisdiction in which Fanatics Markets operates and offers this Challenge ("Eligible Jurisdiction"): AL, AK, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, ME, MN, MS, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa;
• Be 21+ years of age; and
• At the time of application, have an active account with an Eligible Competitor Platform (defined below) and hold a Qualifying Trading Volume (defined below) on that platform.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, applicants must:

• Have a Fanatics ONE account and an active, verified Fanatics Markets account in good standing;
• Submit a request via the Fanatics ONE Status Match application form (an "Application"), including:
  • The name of the Eligible Competitor Platform; and
  • A screenshot or photo of the applicant's account on that platform, dated within 30 days of Application submission, that clearly shows (i) the applicant's full name, email address, and phone number, each matching the applicant's Fanatics ONE account, and (ii) the applicant's trading history sufficient to confirm the annualized trading volume claimed.

As used herein, "Eligible Competitor Platforms" are Kalshi and Robinhood, together with any other platforms that Fanatics Loyalty may approve from time to time in its sole discretion (Polymarket volume is not currently eligible for matching). For an Application to be approved, the annualized trading volume shown on the applicant's Eligible Competitor Platform account must meet or exceed one of the thresholds set forth in the Fanatics ONE Tier Matching Reference below (such volume, a "Qualifying Trading Volume"). Fanatics Loyalty retains sole discretion to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether a submission demonstrates a Qualifying Trading Volume and, if so, the appropriate Matched Tier (defined below), and may request additional documentation or verification, including to confirm that a submission has not previously been used to obtain a Status Match or is otherwise not fraudulent.

By submitting an Application, applicants (a) represent and warrant that all information contained therein is truthful, not misleading, and up to date and (b) agree to maintain the accuracy of all submitted information by contacting us to update such information in the event of any changes.

All Applications will be reviewed and approved or denied by Fanatics Loyalty in its sole discretion. Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to approve or deny any Application for any or no reason, including but not limited to fraud flags, suspicious or abusive activity, duplicate or previously-used submissions, or because the applicant does not hold a Qualifying Trading Volume on an Eligible Competitor Platform.

Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Fanatics Markets affiliate are ineligible to participate. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Fanatics Loyalty, LLC ("Fanatics"), and each of its respective parent companies, affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives, and employees, and each such individual's immediate family members and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or receive a reward. Individuals who are employed by any local, state, or federal government office or agency, elected officials, and individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible to participate or receive a reward. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

FANATICS ONE TIER MATCHING REFERENCE

Table 1 below sets forth the annualized trading volume thresholds on an Eligible Competitor Platform required to receive each corresponding Matched Tier. Fanatics Loyalty retains the ability to adjust these thresholds, in its sole discretion, at any time.

CROSS-VERTICAL RULE: BEST TIER, NO STACKING

A customer receives the highest Fanatics ONE tier for which they qualify across the full Fanatics ecosystem (including Fanatics Sportsbook, Fanatics Casino, Fanatics Markets, and Fanatics Live & Collect). Tiers earned through this Challenge or any other Fanatics ONE status-match, promotional, or earning mechanism do not stack or combine with one another to place a customer into a higher tier than any single program independently supports.

TRIAL PERIOD

Approved applicants ("Participants") will be notified by email at the address included in the Application (the "Approval Notice"). Participants will be granted a 90-day Fanatics ONE trial, beginning on the date the Approval Notice is sent (a "Trial"). During the Trial, the Participant will receive the Fanatics ONE benefits ("Benefits") associated with the Matched Tier corresponding to the Participant's Qualifying Trading Volume (a "Status Match"), subject to the limitations set forth below. The Benefits associated with each Fanatics ONE Tier are set forth in the Program Terms.

Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Participants who receive a tier via Status Match may not automatically be eligible to participate in events, receive gifts, or access other invitation-only perks (collectively, "Experiences") during the Trial. While such Experiences are typically associated with the Matched Tier, access during the Trial may require additional qualifying activity within Fanatics ONE.

EARNING TIER STATUS BEYOND THE TRIAL

To maintain the Matched Tier obtained via a Status Match beyond the Trial, Participants must earn the required number of Fanatics ONE tier points ("Tier Points") within the Trial period, as follows:

• ONEgold: 5,000 Tier Points
• ONEplatinum: 20,000 Tier Points
• ONEblack: 40,000 Tier Points

If the required Tier Points are earned during the Trial, the Participant's Status Match will be extended through the remainder of the calendar year and 2027 (an "Extended Status Match"). If not, the Participant will revert to their earned Fanatics ONE tier based on actual Tier Points accrued. The available methods of earning Tier Points, including through trading activity on Fanatics Markets, are detailed in the Program Terms. Past Tier Point earning rates do not guarantee future Tier Point earning rates, and Fanatics Loyalty makes no representation regarding the future value of Tier Points or the future availability of any particular Fanatics ONE Program benefit. Fanatics Loyalty retains the ability to adjust the number of Tier Points required and the length of the Trial at its sole discretion.

PROGRAM TESTING WINDOW

This Challenge is being offered on an initial testing and tuning basis. Applications will be accepted beginning at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 7, 2026, and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 7, 2026 (the "Program Period"), unless extended, modified, or discontinued earlier by Fanatics Loyalty in its sole discretion. Fanatics Loyalty expects to revisit the volume-to-tier thresholds set forth in Table 1 at or before the end of the Program Period based on observed match rates and program economics; any such changes will apply prospectively to Applications submitted after the effective date of the revised Challenge Terms and will not affect a Trial already granted. Because Trials run 90 days from the date of an Approval Notice, Participants approved later in the Program Period may still be within their Trial when the Program Period ends; such Trials will continue to run according to their original terms unless otherwise modified by Fanatics Loyalty in accordance with these Challenge Terms.

MISCELLANEOUS

Eligible customers are limited to one (1) Trial per calendar year. Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Challenge at any time in its sole discretion. Similarly, Benefits and all other features of Fanatics ONE are subject to change or termination at any time at Fanatics Loyalty's sole discretion. Participants acknowledge and agree that Fanatics Loyalty shall have no liability in connection with any decision to modify or terminate the Challenge or Fanatics ONE.

The Challenge is subject to the Fanatics ONE Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Challenge Terms by reference. By participating in the Challenge, you are representing to Fanatics Loyalty that you understand and accept how we collect, use, and disclose information, as set forth in the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Challenge Terms and Conditions and the terms referenced herein, these Challenge Terms and Conditions will control with respect to the benefits earned under this Challenge.

To participate in this Challenge, you must agree to join Fanatics ONE loyalty program and agree to the Fanatics ONE Program Terms and Notice of Financial Incentives. You can manage loyalty preferences in your account settings and may opt out of the loyalty program at any time, in which case you will no longer be able to receive FanCash or other benefits under this promotion or the Fanatics ONE program.

Applicants and Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, intended to obtain an unfair advantage, or not in keeping with the spirit of the Challenge or Fanatics Loyalty's image.

Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to deny, suspend, modify, or revoke a Trial, Extended Status Match, and/or any associated Benefits for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, sharing accounts, submission of falsified or altered screenshots, violation of the Applicable Terms, or location spoofing.

Fanatics Loyalty is not an affiliate of Kalshi, Robinhood, or any other competitor platform referenced herein. All competitor and platform names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW

These Challenge Terms shall be governed by federal law and the laws of the State of New York, regardless of conflict of law provisions and regardless of where you reside or participate in the Challenge.

Arbitration. Your participation in the Challenge is undertaken in connection with your Fanatics Markets Account and is therefore also subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in the Fanatics Markets Customer Agreement presented to you at sign-up, which govern the resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to your Account, the Challenge, or any Reward.
