ELIGIBILITY

Each Promotion is open to legal residents of the following jurisdictions: AL, AK, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, ME, MN, MS, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of registration, who have not yet registered for an account with Fanatics Markets, and you must be physically present in one of the foregoing jurisdictions where Fanatics Markets is available. Each Promotion is available to new Fanatics Markets customers only and does not apply to existing customers. A customer who previously registered for an account with Paragon Global Markets, LLC d/b/a Fanatics Markets IB ("Fanatics Markets IB"), whether or not that customer received a Reward under any prior offer, is an existing customer and is not eligible for a Reward under either Promotion. You are only eligible for one registration offer across the Fanatics Markets IB and Fanatics Markets platforms.

At the time of registration, a new customer must elect which one new-customer sign-up offer to participate in from among those made available by Sponsor at that time. A customer may participate in only one new-customer sign-up offer per registration, and that election is final and irrevocable. A customer may not participate in, switch to, or receive credit or a Reward under, more than one new-customer sign-up offer, and is not entitled to receive the greater ("best of") outcome as among the available sign-up offers. Neither Promotion may be combined with any other new-customer sign-up offer or referral reward.

Any customer who is ineligible to trade on any Fanatics platform (i.e. by self-exclusion, employment restrictions, or any other reason), may not participate in any Promotion and is not eligible to receive a Reward in connection with any Promotion.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Fanatics Markets, its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties") and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or receive a Reward. Additionally, individuals who are employed by any local, state or federal government office or agency, elected officials and individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible to participate or receive a Reward. OFFER PERIOD

Offer 1 (Increasing Daily Trade Match — 14-Day): The Promotion Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2026. To be eligible, a customer's exchange account ID verification timestamp (i.e., the time at which the customer successfully completes registration and KYC) must fall within the Promotion Period.

Offer 2 (Trade $10,000, Get $500 FanCash): The Promotion Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2026. To be eligible, a customer must complete registration and the KYC process during the Promotion Period. A customer's seven (7)-day period to complete Qualifying Trades begins on the date of registration and, because it is measured from each customer's individual registration date, may extend beyond the end of the Promotion Period (e.g., a customer who registers on October 25, 2026 has until November 1, 2026 to complete $10,000 in Qualifying Trades).

GENERAL REWARD CONDITIONS, FEES, TAXES

Fanatics Markets customers are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Event contract payments and FanCash may be classified as income and reportable as such. Please consult a tax professional for any specific questions.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your participation in any Promotion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with the Promotion, subject to the Fanatics Markets Customer Agreement. However, any trade placed in connection with a Promotion may not be rescinded once it has been placed. Upon account closure, any Rewards shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

By participating, each participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Promotional Terms and Conditions and decisions of Fanatics Markets, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Fanatics Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant's participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any award; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, caption, submission, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from participant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.

By participating, each participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

By participating in the Promotion, each participant grants to Released Parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to reprint, display, reproduce, perform, use, and exhibit (including the right to make derivative works of) their Submission, materials and information submitted on and in connection with the Promotion or use or receipt of any award received for any and all purposes in any medium now or hereafter known. Participant represents that no rights or permissions from, or payment to, any third parties shall be required for the Released Parties to use the submission, materials and information as contemplated in the foregoing sentence.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When participating in the Promotion, Sponsor collects personally identifying information about participants, including name and email address. The information provided by a participant will be added to a centralized Sponsor database. By participating and providing the required submission information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may email you information, promotional discounts or special offers it believes may be of interest to you. Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties. If you would like your information removed from this database you can do so at any time by following the opt-out instructions at the bottom of any email correspondence received from Sponsor. MISCELLANEOUS

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled trades, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in any Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated submissions will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof).

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE, APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotional Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be governed by the terms set forth in the Fanatics Markets Customer Agreement and Arbitration Agreement, as applicable.
