I can't find the Fanatics product I want to use.
Tap the Fanatics logo in the top-left corner to see the products available in your location. If a product is missing, make sure location services are enabled, you're physically in an eligible state, and your app is up to date.
Available products may change when you travel based on state availability.
Why doesn't my promotion work on another product?
Most promotions are product-specific and don't carry between Sportsbook, Casino and Markets.
FanCash is the exception and can be used across platforms where available. Check the offer terms for eligibility and details.
Why doesn't my Refer-a-Friend offer work on another product?
Refer-a-Friend offers are product-specific. Sportsbook referrals are limited to eligible Sportsbook states, while Markets referrals are limited to eligible Markets states.

Where did my deposit go?
Balances are separate
Sportsbook and Casino share a cash balance, while Markets has a separate cash balance. Funds do not move between them automatically.
If you can't find a deposit, switch products and check each balance. If you deposited into the wrong product, review your withdrawal options or Contact Support in the app.
What happens when I travel to another state?
The app automatically shows the products that are live or viewable in your current location. When you cross state lines, the products available in your menu may change.
Do my responsible-use settings carry across products?
Yes. Account-level responsible-use settings stay in effect when you switch products.
For Markets, manage your settings under Account → Risk Management.
