Fee Disclosures
Purchase Fees
A total fee of $0.005 to $0.02 is charged for each contract purchased on an exchange through this application, determined by the price of the contract. Total fees are rounded up to the nearest cent.
The total fee is comprised of a trading fee of $0.001 to $0.02 (the “Trading Fee”) and, for contracts priced below $0.20 or above $0.80, a technology fee of $0.001 to $0.016 (the “Technology Fee”), each determined by the price of the contract.

From the Trading Fees, Fanatics Markets IB will receive from the exchange or clearing organization a commission and may receive rebates, discounts, or other compensation. These arrangements are accounted for in the Total Fee.
Trading Fees are only charged for orders that are matched on an exchange and cleared by a derivatives clearing organizations. Fanatics Markets IB may, in its sole discretion, arrange for the exchange or technology service provider to waive or refund certain transaction-related fees or vary rates charged to its eligible customers in connection with special offers, promotions, or arrangements based on criteria such as account values, account balances or customer loyalty. Any such waiver, refund or variance does not alter the terms of your trading activity, or the risks associated with trading event contracts.
Fanatics Markets Tech, the provider of the trading application and your Fanatics Wallet, charges fees on specific deposit methods described below and the Technology Fees (described above and listed in the full Total Fee List below).
Deposit Fees for Use of Fanatics Wallet
ACH and Debit Deposit Fees There is a 2% fee charged for any debit card or Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposit.
Withdrawal Fees for ACH and Debit
There is no fee associated with any withdrawals from your Fanatics Wallet to one of your payment methods.
Wire Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Fees for wire transfers vary from bank to bank. Fanatics Markets Tech does not charge any additional fees for wire deposit transfers. Deposits by wire are not available for transactions below $1,000. Withdrawals by wire are not available for transactions under $10,000.
Fanatics Markets Tech may, in its sole discretion, waive or refund certain deposit fees it charges to eligible customers in connection with special offers, promotions, or arrangements based on criteria such as account values, account balances or customer loyalty. Any such waiver, refund or variance does not alter the terms of your depositing activity, or the risks associated with trading event contracts.

Your account will be charged: (i) any commissions, fees, costs, and expenses set forth in the Fee Schedule which will include, (A) all brokerage commissions, fees, and other costs incurred or owed in connection with the execution and clearing of contracts in your account, (B) all fees, fines, penalties, and other charges incurred or imposed by any third party, including, without limitation, any applicable designated contract market, designated clearinghouse organization, regulatory authority, or applicable self-regulatory organization in respect of contracts and cleared swap transactions in your account, (C) any applicable taxes incurred in connection with any contracts and cleared swap transactions in your account, (D) any service-related fees charged to your account, including, but not limited to, wire transfer fees, statement fees, transaction fees, and certain other fees for all other products and services furnished to you; and (ii) any other amount owed by you to the exchange in respect of your account.
Your account will be charged: (i) all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign taxes in connection with assets and transactions in your account; and (ii) any fees, charges, costs, expenses, or other amounts incurred by the exchange in connection with the collection of any deficiency or unpaid balance due in respect of your account, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
