The Fanatics Markets Like & Follow Sweepstakes is provided by Paragon Global Markets LLC d/b/a Fanatics Markets IB ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Fanatics Markets Survey Sweepstakes (hereafter, "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties") and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or receive an award. Additionally, individuals who are employed by any local, state or federal government office or agency, elected officials and individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible to participate or receive an award. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

You must have an active account on Facebook, X or Instagram (each, a "Social Media Platform"), where this Promotion is available.

Offer Period

The Promotion Period begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

During the Promotion Period, there are four (4) weekly Entry Periods as follows:

How to Participate

During each Entry Period, to enter for a chance to receive a Prize:

1. Engage With the Weekly Post

To receive one (1) Entry, "like" the Fanatics Markets post about this Promotion on Facebook, X or Instagram, and follow @FanaticsMarkets. You may receive one (1) Entry per Entry Period, per Social Media Platform.

2. Bonus Entries Via Tagging a Friend

You may receive one (1) "Bonus Entry" per comment and may comment multiple times, provided each comment tags a different friend. For example, if you tag ten (10) friends in a single comment, you will receive one (1) Entry, but if you tag (10) friends in ten (10) separate comments, you will receive ten (10) Entries. Each friend tagged must also follow @FanaticsMarkets on the corresponding Social Media Platform to be a Bonus Entry. You may receive a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Entries per platform.

When engaging with the post, please use only one Facebook, X and/or Instagram account. Submissions from individual users using multiple accounts will not be considered. Do not post the same comment multiple times. Duplicate comments and the use of additional accounts will not increase your chances of winning and may result in disqualification. All engagement must be consistent with the Social Media Platform terms and conditions.

Post comments submitted via a Social Media Platform must not be obscene or offensive; must not depict alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous or illegal; and must not be sexually explicit or suggestive, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, alter or remove any comment. Entries, including any posts or comments, must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Limit

ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM PER ENTRY PERIOD, PLUS LIMIT TEN (10) BONUS ENTRIES PER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM VIA TAGGING A FRIEND.

Drawings, Awards, & Odds

At the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) winners to receive an Award. The Award recipients, upon verification of eligibility, will each receive a Fanatics merchandise bundle valued at $150 (each, an "Award"). Odds of winning an Award depend on the number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period.

Sponsor shall communicate with each of the winners for this Promotion to determine the winners' team and merchandise preferences. All Award details shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Each merchandise Prize will have the approximate value listed herein, but the exact contents of each Award package will vary and shall be determined by Sponsor. All portions of the Awards are subject to availability and conditions set forth herein. In the event that any portion of an Award is no longer available, for any reason, Sponsor may award an Award of equal or greater value, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Award Recipient Notifications

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. The Potential winners will be randomly selected among eligible Entries following the Entry Period and will be notified by direct message on the corresponding Social Media Platform within three (3) business days following the corresponding random drawing. The Potential winners may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seventy-two (72) hours from date and time of issuance, following instructions provided by Sponsor in the notification. If such forms are requested and not submitted/returned within such seventy-two (72) hour period, the award notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner, the winner does not respond to any notification within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, and/or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Award will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

General Award Conditions

All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the award recipient. Award will be provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Award recipient may not substitute, assign or transfer award or redeem award for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an award (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All award details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

General Conditions

By participating, each participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant's participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any award; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, caption, submission, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from participant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, each participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

By participating in the Promotion, each participant grants to Released Parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to reprint, display, reproduce, perform, use, and exhibit (including the right to make derivative works of) their Submission, materials and information submitted on and in connection with the Promotion or use or receipt of any award received for any and all purposes in any medium now or hereafter known. Participant represents that no rights or permissions from, or payment to, any third parties shall be required for the Released Parties to use the submission, materials and information as contemplated in the foregoing sentence.

When participating in the Promotion, Sponsor collects personally identifying information about participants, including name and email address. The information provided by a participant will be added to a centralized Sponsor database. By participating and providing the required submission information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may email you information, promotional discounts or special offers it believes may be of interest to you. Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties. If you would like your information removed from this database you can do so at any time by following the opt-out instructions at the bottom of any email correspondence received from Sponsor. Miscellaneous

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Submissions, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Submissions or questions, the announcement of the awards, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated submissions will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or processing of Submissions, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof). CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE, APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize or award, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

For a copy of any legally required Winners list or of these Official Rules, mail your request (noting that it relates to the "Fanatics Markets Like & Follow Sweepstakes") along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (unless prohibited by local law) to Fanatics Markets IB at the address above. The request must be received within three (3) months of the end of the Promotion Period.

You acknowledge and agree that these Promotion Terms and Conditions are between you and Sponsor, and do not impose any obligations upon Apple Inc. ("Apple"). You further acknowledge and agree that:

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries under these Promotion Terms and Conditions and that, under these Promotion Terms and Conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the terms and conditions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Apple has no responsibility for the iOS App or any included content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the iOS App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty. Apple is not responsible for addressing any of your claims or those of any third-party relating to the iOS App or your possession and/or use of the iOS App, including, without limitation: (i) maintenance and support; (ii) product liability claims; (iii) any claim that the iOS App failed to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iv) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
